Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing customer service inquiries in livechat and with voicecalls
Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Requirements:
Fluent English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High typing speed
Being able to work effectively as part of a team is crucial
